Joyce Jimenez accident
Joyce Jimenez got injured when her Toyota Fortuner crashed after her driver swerved to avoid a truck. Joyce was rushed to the Medical City in Pasig, and was reported to have had three stitches for the lacerations on her forehead.
The pretty actress is said to be on her way back to Manila after a shooting in Baguio. The accident, by the way, happened in Pangasinan.
Joyce’s godmother, Vicky Belo, is being reported to be checking if she can do something to help conceal (or maybe, heal) the scars the stitches might “produce”.
Get well soon, Joyce.
PDA Little Dreamers Top 6
Here are the top six little dreamers of the Pinoy Dream Academy – Philip, Amy, Risie, Cristina, Aubrey, and Angelo.
Amy’s got mumps so she wasnt able to perform tonight (a clip of her singing during the rehearsals was shown instead). Aww, I hope she gets well. I like Philip, but after hearing Amy’s story (which was shown last Saturday), I feel that Amy should win. And I feel that she was given the voice so she could help her family… and of course, herself. So guys, vote for little Amy, okay.
Here’s a video of her so you’d know she deserves din to win.
Angelo and Jerome were on the bottom tonight, but before the gala ended, it was announced that Jerome had to say goodbye. Aww, tears.. I dont like seeing kids cry, I mean, when they get hurt. Aww..
Anyway, goodluck kids.
PS: Go, Amy!

Sunday Gospel
Holy Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint Matthew 21,28-32.
What is your opinion? A man had two sons. He came to the first and said, ‘Son, go out and work in the vineyard today.’
He said in reply, ‘I will not,’ but afterwards he changed his mind and went.
The man came to the other son and gave the same order. He said in reply, ‘Yes, sir,’ but did not go.
Which of the two did his father’s will?” They answered, “The first.” Jesus said to them, “Amen, I say to you, tax collectors and prostitutes are entering the kingdom of God before you.
When John came to you in the way of righteousness, you did not believe him; but tax collectors and prostitutes did. Yet even when you saw that, you did not later change your minds and believe him.

Kadangyan

The picture above is from the Battle of the Bands we organized middle of this year. It shows tribal-rock-ethnic band Kadangyan, who emerged as among the champions in the competition. The group’s members are Bhava Mitra, Agit, Saryu, Bhakta, and Govinda (he’s the nicest for me, at artist pa!).
Now, Kadangyan has a more “notable” feat, as they are about to represent our country in the “Search for Unsigned Talents in Asia” (check their website, it’s sutasi.com), along with two other hopefuls — band Zelle, and solo artist Jessa Mae Gabon. The Search aims to discover unsigned talents in Asia (meaning, Kadangyang and the others would be competing against representatives from Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Brunei, you get the drift now so I’ll stop here).
Tomorrow, they’ll be leaving for Singapore for the contest on October 3.
Goodluck!
