Health and Wellness for 2010

December 29, 2009 · Filed Under personal · Comment

This was my 2009 “goal”…

Well, I had at least, changed a few of may ways — I stopped drinking soda (and only have coffee occasionally), and have started taking more fruit juices and stuff. I’ve also tried exercising (i did it like five times the whole year, hahaha!), and I started walking a lot (well, climbing the stairs).

Okay, I’m not really that much at it, but last year, i took a few baby steps… You may say, go enroll at a gym so you’d have access to fitness equipment… i actually live near a mall and a unit owner where i stay put up a gym just a week ago.

But, this year, I’d like to do some yoga — to improve my breathing, my bod, my mind and spirit… I dont know where to start though, i dont have anything yet (like mat, towels, what have yous)… but i commit to do this — start this this coming year.

… health and wellness.

Holy Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint Luke 2:41-52.

Each year his parents went to Jerusalem for the feast of Passover, and when he was twelve years old, they went up according to festival custom.

After they had completed its days, as they were returning, the boy Jesus remained behind in Jerusalem, but his parents did not know it.

Thinking that he was in the caravan, they journeyed for a day and looked for him among their relatives and acquaintances, but not finding him, they returned to Jerusalem to look for him.

After three days they found him in the temple, sitting in the midst of the teachers, listening to them and asking them questions, and all who heard him were astounded at his understanding and his answers.

When his parents saw him, they were astonished, and his mother said to him, “Son, why have you done this to us? Your father and I have been looking for you with great anxiety.”

And he said to them, “Why were you looking for me? Did you not know that I must be in my Father’s house?”

But they did not understand what he said to them.

He went down with them and came to Nazareth, and was obedient to them; and his mother kept all these things in her heart.

And Jesus advanced (in) wisdom and age and favor before God and man.

Holy Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint Luke 1:39-45.

During those days Mary set out and traveled to the hill country in haste to a town of Judah, where she entered the house of Zechariah and greeted Elizabeth.

When Elizabeth heard Mary’s greeting, the infant leaped in her womb, and Elizabeth, filled with the holy Spirit, cried out in a loud voice and said, “Most blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb.

And how does this happen to me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me?

For at the moment the sound of your greeting reached my ears, the infant in my womb leaped for joy.

Blessed are you who believed that what was spoken to you by the Lord would be fulfilled.”

Melissa hearts Jericho

She is really, really cute…

Big Brother needs to do a phone check…. Jericho’s probably calling him back for a second date with Pinoy Big Brother’s resident it girl, Melai. It’s still on teaser, i mean the date that happened between Tado (hahahahaha!) and Jericho Rosales (Melissa’s crush ahihihi!).

I dont know what it is about Melissa, she’s just too cute — and natural. She reminds me of a young Mommy Dionesia — yes, the mom of international boxing superstar Manny Pacquiao. They both talk fast, they both have proper comedic timing, they both are natural, both goth curly hair, and both are chic.

I heart her… :)
