Blogging Tips
A starter blogger is someone who you wouldn’t want to mess with. Someone that will work his *ss off just to get the blog going. He can be nasty at times, because once he ruined his blog site, who else would he run to but his web host provider, who fortunately would be glad to be of help but because the blogger doesn’t know anything about being a geek but wants to be a blogger, he unfortunately becomes a headache client of sort. Of course the host can’t do anything but to entertain the client, and it is a big factor the host provider is friendly and accommodating.
Anyway, to start a blog, one must remember to learn a few things:
- Befriend someone who knows something about blogging. Learn from that person. From downloading wordpress to uploading a picture. If you cannot follow what your friend is explaining, just pick up some words from what he/she is explaining and try to search that out from the internet.
- After you’ve learned the abc’s of blogging, you wouldn’t want your blog to look so generic, right? Now here comes the designing of your website. Learn how to find nice looking templates. Learn to manipulate them. Get ready to be geeky in a very Bill Gates way
. It would help if you learn how to edit codes, but before you can edit, you should learn how to use them first, otherwise you might end up ruining your website. - Reading is the key to everything you want to know about blogging. Because blogging is not simply writing, it is also about downloading and uploading and manipulating your control panel.
- Accessorize. Accessorizing can also mean getting as much readers as you can through marketing. Getting as much links as you can, and sometimes learning a few things about the next number:
- Advertisement. Advertisement is one of the factors some bloggers get serious about blogging. It would help if you learn to register and get codes to paste onto your website, to get income generating blog. Others get other links that market their websites, and get so much hits that makes their site high earning site. One top source of ads is Adsense. Look that up, learn how to manipulate it, and voila! you get an income generating blog.
- By the way, this should be on top of the list too: Get your niche. It would be great if from the start you already know what to blog about. With that in mind, you won’t have a hard time thinking of what’s next to write about.

Nakow baka isipin nila responsibility ng web hosting provider ang pagturo kung paano mag blog. Its not part of the service.
