Manny Villar Ad Jingle Lyrics
I’m suffering from a Manny Villar political jingle LSS…
To those of you who wanna know what Im talking about, it’s this one…
Song’s being played everytime I watch stuff on tv — song’s cute, and really catchy… the woman who wrote that, an Ad Executive, got featured on tv too. Anyway, here are the words to the song…
Naging Mahirap
At kanyang plano’y magkabahay tayo?
Si Villar ang tunay na mahirap.
si Villar ang tunay na may malasakit.
Si Villar ang may kakayahan
At gumawa ng sariling pangalan.
Si Manny Villar ang magtatapos
ng ating kahirapan.

Bring Down Sally: Alternative Rock Band
Here’s one Pinoy alternative rock band to watch out for — Bring Down Sally.

Bring Down Sally is a campus-based band formed in August of 2007. The band is the representation of the youth of today — on the wrong path, and needing the right attention.
Because of their different influences, Bring Down Sally came up with a combination of alternative, pop and punk, delivering a feel-good sound that people could listen to over and over…
Bring Down Sally has been making quite an impact in the youth band music scene for some time now. In fact, Bring Down Sally has been nominated “Promising New Artist, Best Indie Music, Best Independent Music Group and Best Composition” for the song Knock-Knockin’ in the current Philippine Digital Music and Short Film Festival & Awards. They are also set to be a part of the 2009 Radio Pilipinas Metro Manila Tour.
The group’s also among the main featured bands of the Edge Tour Extreme Jam 2008 and at the National BMX flatland competition held at the Mall of Asia last December 20, 2008. They were also part of the MSEUF’s compilation album, “Proudly Maroon and White”, and of the Edge Fest 2008 Compilation album “Edge Fest 2008” which was distributed by Vicor Music Corporation.
Members of Bring Down Sally are Criselda “CC” Collantes (vocalist), Andrew Rojo (guitarist/ back-up vocals), Kyle Anunciacion (guitarist/back-up vocals), Oniel Oabel (bassist), and John Vincent Martinez (drummer).

Eraserheads Reunion Concert 2
They say love is sweeter the second time around…

… so give Eraserheads some lovin’ lovin by being at the second serving of the Eraserheads Reunion Concert. It’s being reported to be tagged “The Final Set” and will be happening on March 7, 2009 at either The Fort or SM Mall of Asia (Grounds).
So go ahead, open your super stereo cabinet (how vintage, lol), switch on the player, volume to the maximum, and sing Ang Huling El Bimbo… ey, maybe McDonald’s would be sponsoring (alongside Smart and MTV).
Let’s also pray that things will be okay this time… nobody in pain..
… now, lets sing, “tinuruan mo ang puso ko na umibig na tunay…. lalalala”…
