Glee and Botox for Charice

By now, everyone already knows that our Charice is up for a role in famous American television series Glee, and that she just had a botox in preparation for it.

Now, I personally find it not okay that Charice had botox at her young age of eighteen. First, because Belo initially mentioned that she had Charice on botox to make her face thinner — and that when she got attacked for it, she changed her story to something related to TMJ. Charice is pretty on her own, and Glee casted her knowing she looks cute like that, so why change something that isnt wrong.

Oh the things people do to promote their services. It’s just sad that sometimes, people have to be used as promotional products just to have mileage. Anyway, I’m not against having yourself fixed or whatever. If you want it, and you have the money to do it, then go. What I find disturbing though is having it staged for personal gain.

Plus, Glee is about accepting one’s self. You’re Asian, accept it, be proud of it. You’re paraplegic, accept it, be proud of it. You’re gay, accept it, be proud of it. You have a cute round face, accept it, be proud of it.
