Willie Wants Out

Defunct show Wowowee’s main man Willie Revillame wants out of ABS-CBN…

… and apparently, the kapamilya network is not too keen on it. Maybe even if he cries faucets, i mean buckets, they wont let him go.

Willie claims his contract with the network’s already over, but there are talks that it’s still up til next year — that’s September 2011. Willie’s willing to face whatever it is that might come up because of this. There are comments on message boards online that this is like a lesson for him, for what, well, it’s up to you to decide. Now, he also commented on Pokwang apparently having said that she’s the reason Wowowee’s ratings were high. Anyway, I hope they patch things up. It’s not nice seeing talents like this.

PS: Willie also said something about a Will Network. Hmmn.. What’s your thought on this?

Twist and Shout

Well, shake it up, baby, now… Twist and shout!

ABS-CBN’s newest game show, Twist and Shout, is super fun. Hosted by no less than Gary Valenciano and Martin Nievera, it’s almost like The Singing Bee, but with more twists (like they have to sing while running, or on top of a volcano lol).

It’s got two teams competing against each other, where they have to sing their way through to the next rounds. Nina, Juris, and Richard Poon won!

PS: I wonder what diet supplement Frenchi’s having, she’s losing weight… Also, I’m loving Bugoy’s new nose. He looks good.

PBB Teen Clash Showtime

Last night, I was able to watch the Pinoy Big Brother Teen Clash… and they had Vice Ganda over.

Not really familiar with the show now, so I dont know who’s leading, but last night, this guy, Mike, just got Kuya’s forced eviction verdict (he apparently violated a lot of rules, like sleeping and not wearing his mic). Moving on, they also performed ala “Showtime” — with no less than Epi Quezon, Gladys Reyes, and again, Vice Ganda as judges.

I feel the villa team won, cause there’s more “art” to what they did. Hehe. The choreography’s good, and this tall girl, Shey, can dance (she’s super flexible). Funny rin when Vice Ganda remarked how white this one guy’s underarms are.. maybe he’s using phisoderm.. lol.

The apartment team, on the other hand, looked unprepared… and scared. But Romeo was good.

Who wins the show? It’s up to the voters… ABS-CBN is wise that way.

Boys Over Flowers

I am addicted to this koreanovela…

Im not one to like cheesy korean love stories, but lately, Ive been seeing myself drawn to this abs-cbn drama. It’s a re-run, I understand, but it’s only now that I came to discover how cute the show is — along how cool-looking the actors are. Hehehe.

Have never seen the original one — the one played by this long-haired girl (sorry, dont know the name) so I really have no clue what’s gonna happen — who will end up with jandi, after all her troubles. I want her to end up with Jihoo, but Im guessing she will be with Junpyo.

Anyway, my dilemma is that Boys Over Flowers is being shown so late at night I might end up having to go get acne medication for sleeping so late. lol. Pimples might just pop out — although it’s not a problem right now — but how about the others.

Oh, i wish there’s a dvd I could buy so I could watch this one and not have to wait for it on TV. I’m on a health and wellness mantra pa naman for 2010. :p
