Precious Hearts Romance on ABS-CBN

This one’s for the mushy lovey-dovey Pinoys…

Kapamilya channel ABS-CBN will be featuring love stories from the pocketbook, Precious Hearts Romance. They say the book’s got around 6,000 titles already (so that means a lot of episodes, mygulay!).

Have seen a teaser featuring some boys, although I only recognize Jake Cuenca. The romance will star this May. No word yet as to what time this one’s gonna be aired but am guessing it’s gonna be on during the weekdays, and afternoon at that… or maybe Saturdays, ala-Gimmick or TGIS (remember those shows?)..

I think I want a heart jewelry now. My precious. lols.

Kapuso Diether Ocampo

ABS-CBN kapamilya homegrown talent Diether Ocampo’s now a kapuso. My initial reaction was a shocked, “huwaaat!?” :D

Ricky Lo reports that Diet signed a maximum four-year contract with GMA Network where he’ll be doing koreanovela adaptations, host some stuff, and of course, movies. It was also mentioned that his first project is All About Eve with Iza Calzado. By the way, Diet just finished Iisa Pa Lamang in ABS-CBN, opposite Claudine Barretto.

Will this be a good move on Diet’s part? Hmmnn… But I know Diet’s one of the well-loved guys in the kapamilya channel, as in he’s loved by all, so for sure, the kapuso folks would love him just as much.

Somebody get Kitkat’s boyfriend!

Okay, first, am guessing the guy’s her ex now. You see, the guy allegedly stole Kitkat’s money — and according to the news, that’s about half a million pesos. And that’s probably excluding the money he got from Kitkat all the time she’s asked him to pay her bills (credit card, insurance, etc).

Man, that’s just mean. Imagine if that happens to you… somebody you love (or loved) for six years — you’ve been living in, and then, you’d find out one day that he stole all your hard-earned money. Tsk. Kawawa naman si Kitkat.

I hope she gets her money back… and that more offers would come her way so she’ll earn pa din. She said she’s the breadwinner so she needs to work despite and inspite.

Pagsubok lang yan. Pampatatag. (trans. it’s just a trial… makes you strong.)

Gretchen Barretto, TV5 Game Show Queen

The beautiful Gretchen Barretto’s got a new show on TV5, and it’s called “You and Me Against The World”. Hehehe.

Okay, we could stop giggling now. It’s a gameshow ala ABS-CBN’s 1 versus 100, although instead of one, there’d be two competitors, and that the two would have to compete against each other (well, something like that… not sure. toinks!).

Price at stake’s one million pesosesoses!

You and Me Against The World is set to hit our tv screens on November 23.
