A Note to God by Charice Pempengco

International Pinay singing sensation Charice Pempengco has just released her first single, “A Note to God” (composed and written by Diane Warren; produced by David Foster), on Oprah!

Oh diba, ang taray! Yes, you read it right — on Oprah! Coolness, this is really major! Oprah really helped Charice to the extreme, and the latter delivered well! It was Charice’s thrid guesting on the show, the first (which changed her life) with her as one of the most talented kids on the planet.

Charice is no longer a kid now, though… she’s now blossoming into a woman.  She’s not dating anybody yet, but revealed she has a crush on Josh Groban.

Yihee…

Charice is Sensational

Charice Pempengco is the child star wonder who was seen by Ellen Degeneres in You Tube, Ellen was impressed and invited her to guest in her show last December. From that performance, everything fell into place. Not having a break in her own country, she’s made Oprah watch in awe as she performed in her show, same with Paul O’grady’s show in London, the people just kept giving her standing ovation, seeing her talent and passion for singing.

This time, she again performed in Italy with no less than Andrea Bocelli, who apparently handpicked Charice to perform with him. They did a duet of “The Prayer”. Having the honor to perform with the icon, Charice is overwhelmed with the attention and couldn’t believe the blessings she’s getting. She has gone a long way from being a finalist in The Little Big Star. Andrea Bocelli first heard of her in Mandalay Bay when she was invited by David Foster to perform at his concert, who incidentally saw Charice in Ellen Degeneres show too.

Charice will perform next with David Foster on September 12-13, in Edmonton Alberta.
