Cristy Fermin, Suspended by ABS-CBN

First, it was Ogie. Now, it’s Cristy’s turn.

Cristy Fermin got suspended by the kapamilya network. I was watching the news and was surprised to learn about it, and that the suspension had something to do with The Buzz last October 5, 2008. That’s probably the episode with Nadia Montenegro.

It will be remembered that the two had a falling out after getting themselves into the Gabby Concepcion and Mommy Rose Flaminiano issue.

Tita Cristy’s suspension will be up until the end of the year. That means we wont be seeing her in The Buzz, and we wont be hearing from her radio show.

For people who might wanna read her articles, I believe she’s a writer at the PM Tabloid.

Ogie Diaz, No Longer in Umagang Kay Ganda

This is one sad news for all chikadoras…

Ogie Diaz is no longer with Umagang Kay Ganda. Aww. Yep, no more dancing the locomotion, and no more morning intriga. Aww.

Haay… My morning news is Umagang kay Ganda, and Ive been watching it for years already (yeah, back when Tintin Bersola’s still there) and so it saddens me to know that Ogie Diaz will no longer be part of the show. Awww.. Ogie had us, chikadoras, at Papaoomamaw..

In Ogie’s column, he said he was not dismissed from ABS but was given a letter stating a “non-renewal of service” because of a violation in the Code of Ethics. lol.

Anyway, whatever the real reason is behind his dismissal, err, “non renewal of service”, I hope he finds a new “raket” to replace this morning stint. The guy’s a dad, he has a family to feed, and bills to pay.

Ibalik so we can all do the locomotion!!!
