A one round of the whole area starting from the Greenhills Theater to Unimart all the way back to Greenhills Theater is around 1 kilometer, so if you can make at least 3 rounds, that’s good enough.
If you continue doing this, you’ll even develop friendship with people having the same goal. Healthy lifestyle. There you’ll probably meet a friend who can be your walking buddy. Whatever happens, for as long as you have the motivation to lead a healthy lifestyle, it’s good enough not for anybody else but for you.
